Lubricate
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Lubricate the propeller shaft spiders and slide yokes with lithium-base chassis grease and the double cardan joint with molybdenum-disulfide lithium-base chassis grease, and re-torque the bolt. Perform in case of driving while towing.
Reset
    Oil Change Reminder Lamp
      When using E85 fuel more than 50% of the time, reset the oil replacement reminder ("MAINT REQD") light after replacing engine oil at mileage interval or every 3 months, whichever comes first. If using E85 less than 50% of the time follow the normal 5,000 mile or every 6 month schedule.
Clean
    Cabin Air Filter / Purifier
      Clean cabin air filter every 15,000 miles or 18 months, whichever comes first.
Tighten/Torque
    Body and Frame
      Tighten nuts and bolts on chassis and body. Perform at mileage interval or 6 months, whichever comes first. Perform in case of driving on dirt roads or dusty roads, or in case of driving while towing.
Inspect
    Steering Gear
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever comes first. Inspect steering gear box for signs of leakage.
    Steering
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Check for excessive freeplay in the steering wheel. Inspect the linkage for bending and damage and dust boots for deterioration, cracks and damage.
    Radiator
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever comes first. Inspect radiator core for debris and signs of damage.
    Fluid - Differential
      Inspect rear differential oil and check for signs of leakage at mileage interval or every 18 months whichever comes first.
    Exhaust System
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever comes first. Visually inspect the exhaust pipes, muffler and hangers for cracks, deterioration and damage. Check for exhaust leakage.
    Drum Brake System
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Inspect brake shoes and drums for scoring, burning, fluid leakage, broken parts and excessive wear.
    Disc Brake System
      Inspect pads and discs for excessive wear at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Measure thickness and disc runout every 30,000 miles or 36 months.
    Coolant
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever comes first. Inspect coolant and check system hoses and connections for corrosion and leaks.
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Inspect drive shaft boots and clamps for cracks, deterioration and damage.
    Condenser HVAC
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever comes first. Inspect condenser for debris and signs of damage.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever comes first. Visually inspect brake lines and hoses for proper installation, chafing, cracks, deterioration and signs of leakage.
    Ball Joint
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Check the suspension and steering linkage ball joints for looseness and damage. Check all dust covers for deterioration and damage.
    Air Filter Element
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
    Fluid - Differential
      Front
    Engine Oil
      Perform at mileage interval or every 3 months, whichever comes first. Replace only if using E85 50% or more of the time. Otherwise, replace every 5k or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
Rotate
    Tires
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Rotate tires. Check for damage and uneven wear.
