Reassembly

SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Access Cab): REASSEMBLY

HINT
The procedure described below is for the LH side. Use the same procedure for both the LH and RH sides, unless otherwise specified.

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME LH

(a) Install the rear seat cushion frame LH.





2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

(a) Install the rear seat cushion cover and sub seat cover board.





(b) Engage the hook.

3. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY

(a) Temporarily install the rear seat lock assembly.





4. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SUPPORT BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Temporarily install the rear seat cushion support bracket sub-assembly LH.





(b) Using "TORX" socked wrench T30, tighten the bolt A.

Torque : 13 Nm (127 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

(c) Tighten the bolt B.

Torque : 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf)

(d) Tighten the bolt C.

Torque : 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf)

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK HANDLE LH

(a) Engage the claw and install the rear seat lock handle LH.





6. INSTALL REAR SEAT HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the rear seat hinge sub-assembly with the bolt.

Torque : 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf)





7. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH

(a) Install the rear seat cushion cover LH with the screw.





8. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER LH

(a) Install the rear seat cushion under cover LH with the screw.





9. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK LOCK COVER LH

(a) Install the rear seat back lock cover LH with the 2 screws.





10. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK COVER LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the rear seat back cover LH.





(b) Tighten the 2 screws.
