Removal

SEAT BELT: REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Double Cab): REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK HINGE COVER





HINT
Follow the same procedure as for the opposite side.

(a) Using a screwdriver with its tip taped in protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat back hinge cover.

2. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE Removal

5. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP

(a) Separate the rear door opening trim weatherstrip to the extent which allows the removal of the quarter trim lower panel and quarter inside trim board.





6. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRAY Removal

7. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM LOWER PANEL Removal

8. REMOVE QUARTER INSIDE TRIM BOARD

(a) Remove the bolt and remove the floor anchor of the rear seat outer belt.





(b) Using a screwdriver with its tip taped in protective tape, disengage the claw and open the cover.





(c) Remove the 3 screws.





(d) Disengage the 2 clips and remove the quarter inside trim board.

9. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the bolt and shoulder anchor.





(b) Remove the 2 bolts and retractor.
