NAVIGATION: NAVIGATION SYSTEM (w/ USB Audio System): B15C0,B15C1: Short in GPS Antenna


DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when a malfunction occurs in the GPS antenna.





INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

(a) Check if the navigation antenna is securely connected to the navigation receiver assembly.

OK:

Navigation antenna is securely connected.

NG -- SECURELY CONNECT NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. REPLACE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

(a) Replace the navigation antenna assembly with a normal one and check if the same problem occurs again Removal.

(1) Clear the DTCs Navigation System (w/ USB Audio System).

(2) Recheck for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.

OK:

No DTCs are output.

NG -- REPLACE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY Removal

OK -- END (NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY IS FAULTY)
