Reassembly

SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for CrewMax RH Side): REASSEMBLY

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seat cushion spring and seatback frame may injure your hands.

1. INSTALL SEAT LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Install the control cable to the seatback frame.

(b) Connect the 2 cables.

2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the cushion support with the 6 nuts.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, install the frame with the 5 bolts.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

4. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

(a) Attach the claw to install the cover.

(b) Install the 2 screws.

5. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

(a) Attach the claw to install the cover.

(b) Install the 2 screws.

6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the moulding.

(b) Install the 3 screws.

7. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the moulding.

(b) Install the 3 screws.

8. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Install the 2 bushes to the cushion spring. Then using a T45 "TORX" socket, install the 2 bolts.

Torque : 22 Nm (224 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf)

(b) Install the 2 bolts.

Torque : 22 Nm (224 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf)

9. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH

(a) Attach the hooks to install the seatback cover (with pad).

11. INSTALL LOWER REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover with new hog rings.

12. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Connect the cable in the order shown in the illustration to install the lever.

(b) Install the 2 screws.

13. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER RH

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the cover.

14. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 supports.

15. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH

16. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER

(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the cover.

17. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD RH

(a) Attach the 2 clips to install the seatback board.

(b) Install the 4 screws.

18. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING REAR RH

(a) Attach the 2 claws in the order shown in the illustration to install the moulding.

(b) Install the screw.

19. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING REAR LH

(a) Attach the 2 claws in the order shown in the illustration to install the moulding.

(b) Install the screw.

20. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
21. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD RH

(a) Attach the hooks to install the seat cushion cover (with pad).

(b) Install the seat belt with the bolt.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)
