Reassembly

SEAT: FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Center Seat): REASSEMBLY

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the center seat cushion frame and center sub-seatback support may injure your hands.

1. INSTALL CENTER FRONT SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the center front seat belt.

(b) Install the bolt and nut.

for nut - Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

for bolt - Torque : 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL CENTER SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

(a) Attach the claw to install the cover.

3. INSTALL CENTER SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

(a) Attach the claw to install the cover.

4. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK PAD

5. INSTALL CENTER FRONT SEATBACK COVER

6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 headrest supports.

7. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) RH Side:

Connect the cable to the center seatback frame inner side.

(b) LH Side:

Connect the cable to the center seatback frame inner side.

(d) Install the screw.

(e) Install the 6 screws.

8. INSTALL SEAT FASTENER COVER

(a) Attach the 6 claws to install the 2 covers.

9. INSTALL CENTER FRONT SEAT ARMREST COVER

(a) Install the armrest cover with the 2 screws.

10. INSTALL FRONT SEAT TRAY

(a) Attach the 5 clips to install the tray.

11. INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL BEZEL

(a) Attach the 2 clips and claw to install the bezel.

12. INSTALL LOWER FRONT SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

(a) Using a T30 "TORX" socket, install the shoulder belt cover with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80 in-lbf)

13. INSTALL UPPER REAR SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL

(a) Connect the seat belt to the shoulder belt cover.

(b) Attach the 4 claws to install the lock bezel.

14. INSTALL FRONT SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

(a) Using a T10 "TORX" socket, install the shoulder belt cover with the 2 screws.

Torque : 0.9 Nm (9 kgf-cm, 8 in-lbf)

15. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

16. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX WIRE

(a) Attach the 4 clamps to install the console box wire.

17. INSTALL CENTER POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER Installation

18. INSTALL POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY Installation

19. INSTALL FRONT SEAT UNDER TRAY

(a) Using a T30 "TORX" socket, install the under tray with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 4.0 Nm (41 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the power outlet socket connector.

20. INSTALL FOLD SEAT STOPPER CUSHION

(a) Using a T20 "TORX" socket, install the 2 cushions with the 2 screws.

Torque : 2.0 Nm (20 kgf-cm, 18 in-lbf)

21. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the center seatback.

(b) RH Side:

Using a T55 "TORX" socket, install the 2 bolts.

Torque : 55 Nm (561 kgf-cm, 41 ft-lbf)

(c) LH Side:

Using a T40 "TORX" socket, install the 2 bolts.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

(d) Install the 2 wire harness clamps to the center seatback frame.

22. CONNECT CENTER FRONT SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Connect the seat belt with the bolt.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

23. INSTALL CENTER FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the inner belt with the bolt.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding part of the center seat cushion frame.

24. INSTALL CENTER FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion pad to the seat cushion frame with new hog rings.

25. INSTALL CENTER FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

(a) Install the seat cushion cover, and then attach the 3 hooks.

26. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK LATCH

(a) Install the seat lock latch and fasten the button.

(b) Using a T30 "TORX" socket, install the 2 bolts.

Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf)

27. INSTALL CENTER FRONT SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the seat cushion with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)

28. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH

(a) Attach the 7 claws and 3 clips to install the cushion shield.

(b) Using a T30 "TORX" socket, install the bolt.

Torque : 2.0 Nm (20 kgf-cm, 18 in-lbf)

29. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH

(a) Attach the 7 claws and 2 clips to install the cushion shield.

(b) Using a T30 "TORX" socket, install the bolt.

Torque : 2.0 Nm (20 kgf-cm, 18 in-lbf)

30. INSTALL VIDEO TERMINAL (for CrewMax) Installation

31. INSTALL REAR POWER POINT SOCKET (for AC Power Supply) Installation

32. INSTALL REAR POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER (for Standard) Installation

33. INSTALL REAR POWER OUTLET SOCKET (for Standard) Installation

34. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL BEZEL (for CrewMax)

(a) for AC Power Supply:

(1) Connect the clamp.

(b) Install the bezel with the 4 screws.

35. INSTALL NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY (for CrewMax)

(a) Install the register with the 3 screws.

36. INSTALL NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY (for CrewMax)

(a) Install the register with the 3 screws.

37. INSTALL REAR POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER (for Double Cab) Installation

38. INSTALL REAR POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY (for Double Cab) Installation

39. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK PANEL

(a) Attach the 4 claws and 4 clips to install the center seatback panel.

(b) for Double Cab:

(1) Connect the power outlet socket connector.

(2) Attach the 4 clips to install the center seatback panel.

(3) Install the 2 screws.

(c) for CrewMax:

(1) Connect the 2 connectors.

(2) Attach the 4 claws and 4 clips to install the center seatback panel.
