Timing Cover
TIMING CHAIN COVER SUB-ASSEMBLYTemporarily install the
timing chain cover with the 17 bolts and 2 nuts.
Bolt LengthTighten the 17 bolts and 2 nuts in several steps, in the sequence shown in the illustration.
For bolt 1, 2, 3 and 4 - Torque
55 Nm (561 kgf-cm, 41 ft-lbf)
Except bolt 1, 2, 3 and 4 - Torque
21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)
