SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
1. WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM
The wireless door lock control system functions to lock and unlock all the doors from a distance. The system is controlled by a hand-held transmitter which sends radio waves to the door control receiver. The main body ECU performs an ID code identification process and engages the door lock control.

3. SYSTEM FUNCTION
The door control transmitter has the LOCK, UNLOCK, PANIC, and POWER BACK DOOR switches. Operating these switches activates each function.
The wireless door lock control system has the following functions:

4. TRANSMITTER RECOGNITION CODE REGISTRATION FUNCTION
The table below shows the 4 ID registration function modes by which up to 4 different codes can be registered. The codes are electronically registered (written and stored) in the EEPROM that is contained in the door control receiver.
5. CONDITIONS THAT WIRELESS FUNCTIONS DO NOT OPERATE
(a) Lock operation is not available when:
* Any of the doors is open.
* The key is inserted in the ignition key cylinder.
(b) Unlock operation is not available when:
* The key is inserted in the ignition key cylinder.
