U660E AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE: TCM: REMOVAL
NOTICE:
When the TCM is replaced, the existing transaxle compensation codes must be input into the new TCM Registration.
1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal
2. REMOVE BATTERY
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
3. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET Removal
4. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET Removal
5. REMOVE INTAKE AIR RESONATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
6. REMOVE TCM
(a) Turn the lock lever and disconnect the connector from the TCM.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and TCM from the transaxle.
