PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: BLIND SPOT MONITOR SENSOR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY

Removal

2. REMOVE BLIND SPOT MONITOR SENSOR

(a) for LH Side:

(1) Disengage the 2 clamps.





(b) for RH Side:

(1) Disengage the clamp.





(c) Remove the 3 nuts.





(d) Disconnect the connector to remove the blind spot monitor sensor.





NOTICE:
Replace the blind spot monitor sensor if it has been dropped or subjected to a severe impact.

3. REMOVE BLIND SPOT MONITOR COVER

(a) Remove the 2 nuts.





(b) Disengage the claw to remove the blind spot monitor cover.
