2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH

2. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

3. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH

4. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH

5. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair

6. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal

7. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

(a) Disconnect the 2 engine wire clamps.





(b) Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.

(c) Using a 19 mm ball joint lock nut wrench, remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.
