DESCRIPTION

The clearance warning ECU receives the ultrasonic sensor signal to sound the clearance warning buzzer.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT CLEARANCE WARNING BUZZER

(a) Inspect the clearance warning buzzer Testing and Inspection.

NG -- REPLACE CLEARANCE WARNING BUZZER Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CLEARANCE WARNING BUZZER - CLEARANCE WARNING ECU)

(a) Disconnect the E10 clearance warning buzzer connector.

(b) Disconnect the E80 clearance warning ECU connector.

(c) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Voltage:





(d) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(e) Reconnect the clearance warning buzzer connector.

(f) Reconnect the clearance warning ECU connector.

NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE Intuitive Parking Assist System
