2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: INTEGRATION RELAY: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT ENGINE ROOM JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY





(a) Inspect the EFI No. 1 fuse.

(1) Remove the EFI No. 1 fuse.

(2) Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance of the fuse.

Standard Resistance:





(b) Inspect the A/F fuse.

(1) Remove the A/F fuse.

(2) Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance of the fuse.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Inspect the ETCS fuse.

(1) Remove the ETCS fuse.

(2) Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance of the fuse.

Standard Resistance:





(d) Inspect EFI relay.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

NOTICE:
While using the battery for the inspection, do not bring the positive and negative tester probes too close to each other as a short circuit may occur.

(e) Inspect the C/OPN relay.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

(f) Inspect the A/F relay.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
