Installation

2ZR-FXE ENGINE CONTROL: IGNITION COIL AND SPARK PLUG: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SPARK PLUG

(a) Using a 14 mm spark plug wrench, install the 4 spark plugs.





Torque : 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

2. INSTALL IGNITION COIL ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the 4 ignition coils with the 4 bolts.





Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
When installing each ignition coil, do not damage the plug cap on the engine head cover opening or the upper edge of the spark plug tube.

(b) Connect the 4 ignition coil connectors.

3. INSTALL NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER Installation

4. INSTALL OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL COWL BODY MOUNTING REINFORCEMENT LH Installation

6. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK

(a) Remove the windshield wiper motor and link Installation.
