SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side): REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE

(a) Insert the rear seat track adjusting handle into the rear seat adjuster and pass it through the 2 No. 1 plate springs.

(b) Engage the 2 No. 2 plate springs with the 2 rear seat track adjusting handle claws to install the rear seat track adjusting handle to the No. 1 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

2. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the rear seatback frame sub-assembly to the No. 1 seat cushion frame sub-assembly with the 5 bolts and rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly installing bolt.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

(b) Remove the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly installing bolt.

3. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

(a) Engage the guide and 2 claws to install the rear seat leg side cover.

4. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat cushion cover.

5. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE COVER (w/ Armrest)

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seatback hinge cover.

6. INSTALL CENTER PROTECTOR COVER

(a) Engage the 2 guides and claw to install the center protector cover.

7. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER

(a) Engage the guide [B] as shown in the illustration.

(b) Engage the guide [A] to install the rear seat cushion hinge cover.

8. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT HINGE COVER LH

(a) Engage the guide [B] as shown in the illustration.

(b) Engage the claw.

(c) Engage the guide [A] to install the No. 2 rear seat hinge cover LH.

9. INSTALL REAR OUTER SEAT HINGE COVER

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the rear outer seat hinge cover.

10. INSTALL RECLINING HINGE COVER

(a) Engage the guide [B] as shown in the illustration.

(b) Engage the claw.

(c) Engage the 2 guides [A] to install the reclining hinge cover.

11. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER

(a) Engage the clip and 2 claws to install the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover.

12. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

13. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER

(a) Engage the clip and 2 claws to install the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover.

14. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

15. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY RH Installation

16. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT HINGE COVER

(a) Engage the 5 claws to install the rear inner seat hinge cover.

17. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT HINGE COVER RH

(a) Engage the 2 guides and 6 claws to install the No. 2 rear seat hinge cover RH.

(b) Install the screw.

18. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY Installation

19. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly to the No. 1 seat cushion pad sub-assembly with 20 new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(b) Using hog ring pliers, install 11 new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

20. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

(a) Engage the clip and 12 hooks to install the No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

21. INSTALL NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 1 seatback cover sub-assembly to the No. 1 seatback pad subassembly with 9 new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(b) w/o Armrest:

(1) Using hog ring pliers, install 5 new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(c) w/ Armrest:

(1) Using hog ring pliers, install 11 new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

22. INSTALL NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

(a) Temporarily install the No. 1 seatback cover with pad to the seat frame.

(b) w/ Armrest:

(1) Engage the hook.

(d) Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 No. 1 seat headrest supports.

(e) Install the clip.

(f) Using hog ring pliers, install 9 new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(g) Engage the 4 hooks to install the No. 1 seatback cover with pad.

23. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT HOOK

(a) Install the rear seat belt hook as shown in the illustration.

24. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD

(a) Engage the 3 claws as shown in the illustration.

(b) Engage the 3 claws to install the rear seatback board as shown in the illustration.

25. INSTALL CENTER ARMREST INNER HINGE COVER (w/ Armrest)

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the center armrest inner hinge cover.

HINT
Engage the claws in the order indicated in the illustration.

26. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (w/ Armrest)

(a) Install the bush to the rear seat center armrest assembly.

(b) Install the rear seat center armrest assembly with the bolt and washer.

Torque : 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

27. INSTALL CENTER ARMREST OUTER HINGE COVER (w/ Armrest)

(a) Engage the 4 claws to install center armrest outer hinge cover.

28. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY Installation

29. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH

(a) Engage the guide and 6 claws to install the rear seat cushion moulding LH.

(b) Install the screw.

30. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH

(a) Engage the clip and 8 claws to install the rear seat cushion moulding RH.

(b) Install the 2 screws.

31. INSTALL RECLINING CONTROL LEVER

(a) Engage the claw to install the reclining control lever.
