Installation

2GR-FE IGNITION: IGNITION COIL AND SPARK PLUG: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SPARK PLUG





(a) Install the 6 spark plugs.

Torque : 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf)

2. INSTALL IGNITION COIL





(a) Install the 6 ignition coils with the 6 bolts.

Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)





(b) Connect the 6 ignition coil connectors.





(c) Install the 2 wire harness brackets with the 2 bolts.





(d) Connect the 3 wire harness clamps.

3. INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

5. CONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

6. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair

7. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK Testing and Inspection

8. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER Installation

9. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
