Installation

AUDIO / VISUAL: RADIO RECEIVER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET

(a) for Radio and display Type:

(1) Install the No. 1 radio bracket to the radio and display receiver assembly with the 4 bolts.

(b) for Standard Type:

(1) Install the No. 1 radio bracket to the radio receiver assembly with the 4 bolts.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET

(a) for Radio and display Type:

(1) Install the No. 2 radio bracket to the radio and display receiver assembly with the 4 bolts.

(b) for Standard Type:

(1) Install the No. 2 radio bracket to the radio receiver assembly with the 4 bolts.

3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the instrument cluster finish panel.

4. INSTALL RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

(a) Connect all the connectors.

(b) Insert the radio and display receiver assembly with the bracket to attach the 2 claws and 4 clips on its backside.

(c) Install the 4 bolts.

Torque : 12.8 Nm (130 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

5. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

(a) for Not-standard Type:

(1) Connect all the connectors.

(2) Insert the radio receiver assembly with the bracket to attach the 2 claws and 4 clips on its backside.

(3) Install the 4 bolts.

Torque : 12.8 Nm (130 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

(b) for Standard Type:

(1) Connect all the connectors.

(2) Insert the radio receiver assembly with the bracket to attach the 2 claws and 4 clips on its backside.

(3) Install the 4 bolts.

Torque : 12.8 Nm (130 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

6. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL CENTER Installation

7. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL CENTER Installation

8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
