Installation

WINDOW / GLASS: BACK DOOR POWER WINDOW MOTOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
* To prevent the drum and cable from coming off, do not tilt the drum, subject it to shocks or use force on it.
* If the cable comes off the drum, do not rewind the cable and do not reuse it.
* After installing the window regulator, do not operate it by itself, because some types of regulator do not have a stopper.

(a) Apply MP grease to the as shown in the illustration.

(b) With the holding tool installed, match the holding tool with the motor housing.

NOTICE:
If you can not insert the drum into the motor, slowly slide the bracket for installing the glass, and insert the drum while aligning the drive shaft of the motor with the drum.

(d) Install the power window regulator base plate with the 2 screws.

(e) Install the power window regulator motor onto the back door power window regulator.

5. INSTALL BACK DOOR GLASS OUTER WEATHERSTRIP ASSEMBLY

6. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE MOULDING LH

(a) Engage the 5 clips and install the new back door outside moulding.

7. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE MOULDING RH

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

16. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY Reassembly

17. INSTALL BACK DOOR PULL STRAP Reassembly

18. INSTALL BACK DOOR STRAP COVER Reassembly

19. INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH Reassembly

20. INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH Reassembly

21. INSTALL BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH Reassembly
