AUDIO / VIDEO: MULTI-MEDIA INTERFACE ECU: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION

NOTICE:
After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work. Service Precautions.

2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the instrument panel Removal.

4. REMOVE MULTI-MEDIA INTERFACE ECU

(a) Remove the nut.





(b) Disconnect the connector and remove the multimedia interface ECU.

5. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER BRACKET A

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and multi-display controller bracket A.
