Installation





NAVIGATION / MULTI INFO DISPLAY: NAVIGATION RECEIVER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (for DVD with USB Audio System)

(a) Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 4.5 Nm (46 kgf-cm, 40 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (for DVD with USB Audio System)

(a) Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 4.5 Nm (46 kgf-cm, 40 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CENTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for DVD with USB Audio System)

(a) Engage the 5 claws and install the instrument cluster center finish panel sub-assembly.

(b) Install the 4 screws.

4. INSTALL NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (for DVD with USB Audio System)

(a) Connect the connectors.

(b) Engage the 9 clips and 2 claws and install the navigation receiver assembly with bracket.

(c) Install the 4 bolts.

Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

5. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET (for DVD without USB Audio System)

(a) Install the No. 2 radio receiver bracket with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 4.5 Nm (46 kgf-cm, 40 in-lbf)

6. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET (for DVD without USB Audio System)

(a) Install the No. 1 radio receiver bracket with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 4.5 Nm (46 kgf-cm, 40 in-lbf)

7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CENTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for DVD without USB Audio System)

(a) Install the instrument cluster center finish panel sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

8. INSTALL NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (for DVD without USB Audio System)

(a) Connect the connectors.

(b) Engage the 7 clips and 2 claws and install the navigation receiver assembly with bracket.

(c) Install the 4 bolts.

Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

9. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET (for SD)

(a) Install the No. 2 radio receiver bracket with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 4.5 Nm (46 kgf-cm, 40 in-lbf)

10. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET (for SD)

(a) Install the No. 1 radio receiver bracket with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 4.5 Nm (46 kgf-cm, 40 in-lbf)

11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CENTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for SD)

(a) Install the instrument cluster center finish panel sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

12. INSTALL NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (for SD)

(a) Connect the connectors.

(b) Engage the 7 clips and 2 claws and install the navigation receiver assembly with bracket.

(c) Install the 4 bolts.

Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

13. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System) Installation

14. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System) Installation
