Freeze Frame Data





LIGHTING (EXT): LIGHTING SYSTEM: FREEZE FRAME DATA

1. FREEZE FRAME DATA

(a) Whenever a DTC is detected, the headlight swivel ECU assembly stores the current vehicle (sensor) state as Freeze Frame Data.

2. CHECK FREEZE FRAME DATA

(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

(c) Turn the Techstream on.

(d) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / AFS / Trouble Codes.

(e) According to the display on the Techstream, select the trouble code data display with Freeze Frame Data.

3. CLEAR FREEZE FRAME DATA

NOTICE:
Clearing the DTC will also clear the Freeze Frame Data.

(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

(c) Clear the DTC and Freeze Frame Data Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
