DESCRIPTION
The stereo component tuner assembly is connected by the AVC-LAN plus communication lines.
When an AVC-LAN plus communication error occurs between the navigation receiver assembly and stereo component tuner assembly, this DTC will be stored.
HINT
The navigation receiver assembly is the master unit.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTICE:
After replacing the stereo component tuner assembly of vehicles subscribed to pay-type satellite radio broadcasts, registration of the XM radio ID is necessary.
PROCEDURE
1. CHECK FOR DTC
(a) Clear the DTC Navigation System (for DVD with USB Audio System).
(b) Check for DTC and check if the same trouble occurs again.
OK:
No DTC is output.

2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NAVIGATION RECEIVER - STEREO COMPONENT TUNER)
(a) Disconnect the D61 navigation receiver assembly connector.
(b) Disconnect the L19 stereo component tuner assembly connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. INSPECT STEREO COMPONENT TUNER ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the L19 stereo component tuner assembly connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
