APPLICABILITY:

INTRODUCTION:

Some Sienna vehicles may exhibit a condition where the quarter glass weatherstrip may become loose or detached from the glass assembly. A new weatherstrip adhesive and primer have been developed to address this condition.





PRODUCTION CHANGE INFORMATION:

This TSB applies to vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VIN shown.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:





1. Confirm the quarter glass weatherstrip is loose or detached from the glass assembly.

2. Replace the quarter window assembly. Refer to the ETAS/TIS library applicable model and model year Repair Manual:

^ 2011 -2012 Sienna:
Vehicle Exterior- Window/Glass - "Window/Glass: Quarter Window Glass: Removal"

^ 2011-2012 Sienna:
Vehicle Exterior - Window/Glass - "Window/Glass: Quarter Window Glass: Installation"

3. Cycle the quarter window open and closed to confirm proper operation.
