DESCRIPTION
This circuit sends the voice signal from the telephone microphone assembly to the radio receiver assembly.
It also supplies power from the radio receiver assembly to the telephone microphone assembly.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTICE:
After replacing the radio receiver assembly of vehicles subscribed to pay-type satellite radio broadcasts, XM radio ID registration is necessary (w/ SDARS System).
PROCEDURE
1. INSPECT RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the R10 radio receiver assembly connector.
(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage:

NG -- REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - TELEPHONE MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY)
(a) Disconnect the R10 radio receiver assembly connector.
(b) Disconnect the T21 telephone microphone assembly connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE TELEPHONE MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY Removal
