Power Window Master Switch

WINDSHIELD / WINDOWGLASS: POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCH: ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/o Jam Protection Function)





(a) for Regular Cab:

(1) Remove the master switch Removal (from 08/2011).

(2) Reconnect the switch connector.

(3) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard voltage:

for Driver Switch:





for Front Passenger Switch:





(b) for Double Cab:

(1) Remove the power window regulator master switch Removal (from 08/2011).

(2) Reconnect the switch connector.

(3) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard voltage:

for Driver Switch:





for Front Passenger Switch:





for Rear Switch LH:





for Rear Switch RH:





(c) for CrewMax:

(1) Remove the power window regulator master switch Removal (from 08/2011).

(2) Reconnect the switch connector.

(3) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

for Rear LH Switch:





for Rear RH Switch:





2. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Jam Protection Function)





(a) Remove the power window regulator master switch Removal (from 08/2011).

(b) Reconnect the switch connector.

(c) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
