1NZ-FE ENGINE CONTROL: INTEGRATION RELAY (for Sedan): INSPECTION
1. INSPECT INTEGRATION NO.1 RELAY
(a) Inspect the EFI fuse.
(1) Disconnect the fuse.

(2) Measure the resistance of the fuse.
Standard Resistance:
(b) Inspect the EFI relay.
(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

NOTICE:
While using the battery for the inspection, do not bring the positive and negative tester probes too close to each other as a short circuit may occur.
If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.
(c) Inspect the FAN NO.1 relay.
(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

NOTICE:

(d) Inspect the AM2 fuse.
(1) Disconnect the fuse.

(e) Inspect the IG2 relay.
(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.
(f) Inspect the horn relay.
(1) Remove the horn fuse.
(2) Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
Standard resistance:
If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.
