Solar Sensor: Testing and Inspection

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: SOLAR SENSOR: INSPECTION; 2013 MY Corolla [07/2012 -]

1. INSPECT SOLAR SENSOR

(a) Disconnect the connector from the solar sensor.

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

HINT
Use an incandescent light for inspection. Bring it within about 30 cm (11.8 in.) of the solar sensor.

If the resistance is not as specified, replace the solar sensor.
