Fuel Delivery Rate Test

- Disconnect fuel return line at pressure regulator and plug line.
- Attach suitable hose to return line fitting on pressure regulator and place other end of hose in suitable calibrated container.
- Turn ON ignition and open Air Sensor plate (or bridge Air Sensor plug terminal 36 and 39)
Run pump for 30 seconds
Minimum delivery rate: 500 cc (16.9 oz) in 30 seconds

If Not, before replacing fuel pump:
Check that fuel filter is not blocked
Check that fuel pump ground connections are good
Check that voltage to pump is at least 11.5 volts
