SUBJECT: NEW RADIO REPLACEMENT - VEHICLES NOT YET IN SERVICE 20% REIMBURSMENT POLICY (Updates Warranty Policies & Procedures manual - page 3-10)
Effective immediately, the handling allowance for new radios used to replace defective radios in vehicles not yet in service is increased from 12% to 20% of dealer net.
This policy is being presented to coincide with the recent increase in the handling allowance for Major Units (reference Warranty Circular 89-28-V, dated December 30, 1989).
Please continue to follow the claim submission procedures set forth on page 3-10 of the current Warranty Policies and Procedures manual.
