WARNING!
- Intermittent contact at battery terminals may spark or cause electrical system malfunctions
- Battery cell caps must be screwed in tightly when charging, measuring voltage or performing load tests.



Always carry perform a visual check of the battery before checking no load voltage, electrolyte specific gravity and load test.

Check for:
- Cracked battery case and resulting corrosion damage to surrounding area.
- Loose, damaged or corroded terminals.
