Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Service Precautions
CAUTION:
Ignition MUST be switched OFF before disconnecting the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor. After switching OFF ignition allow 20 seconds for the hot wire in the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor to heat up and self clean.
