Cylinder Head Torque & Sequence
Tighten cylinder head in 4 stages:
Tighten first with torque wrench:
1 st stage:
4O Nm (3O ft lb) 2nd stage:
60 Nm (44 ft lb) Turn further with normal wrench:
3rd stage:
1/4 turn (9O°) 4th stage:
1/4 turn (9O°)NOTE:
Loosening cylinder head: reverse sequence.
Retorquing of cylinder head after repairs is not necessary.
