Below 59°F (15°C) SAE 5W-30, 5W-40

Below 59°F (15°C) SAE 10W-30, 10W-40

Above 5°F (-15°C) SAE 15W-40, 15W-50, 20W-40, 20W-50

Temperature ranges (gasoline and diesel engines):

A = energy-conserving oil

B = multi-grade oil

Gasoline engines use multi-grade oils, API-SF or -SG.

Diesel engines use multi-grade oils, API-CD.
