Engine Oil Pressure

PROCEDURE
1. Remove 0.3 bar Oil Pressure switch from cylinder head (blue insulation) and screw into tester.
2. Screw tester into the cylinder head in place of the oil pressure switch.
3. Connect brown wire -3- of tester to ground.
4. Increase engine speed until it reaches 2000 rpm and a minimum oil temperature of 80°C.

- Oil pressure must be 2.0 bar (29 psi) minimum.
- At higher engine speeds, oil pressure must not exceed 7.0 bar (101.5 psi).

5. If not to specification, replace oil pump complete with pressure relief valve, if necessary.
