Removing







- Remove front bumper.
- Remove wheelhousing liner.
- Remove closing piece.
- Heat front fender in area of A-pillar using a Heat gun V.A.G 1416 and remove.

NOTE: Heat PVC material lightly and briefly. PVC must not change in color or blister.

Installing
- Before bolting on fender, insert one zinc intermediate piece AKL 381 035 50 each for bolt points in contact area.
- Make sure gaps are parallel and gap dimensions: Body panel gaps; Body, front

Rest of installation of front fender is reverse order of removal.
