Evaporative Emissions System: Service and Repair









1 - Supply hose
- Black
- To fuel supply line at fuel rail
2 - Fuel return hose
- Blue or blue markings
3 - Test connection
- For leak test of EVAP system
4 - EVAP canister purge regulator valve 1 -N80-
- Check activation
5 - Vent line
- From EVAP canister
6 - Protective cover
- Against heat radiation
7 - Protective cover
- For fuel lines, vacuum lines end vent lines
8 - Fuel tank
9 - Gravity valve

- Can only be replaced together with fuel tank
10 - Evaporative - Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Solenoid Valve -N115-
- Activated via Control Module for Fuel System OBD -J490-
11 - Vacuum line
- To activate Leak Detection Pump (LDP) -V144-
12 - Suction line
13 - Air cleaner for LDP
14 - Bracket for LDP
15 - Leak Detection Pump (LDP) -V144-

- Location: behind fuel tank
16 - Cap
17 - Expansion - chamber
18 - Connector

- Black, 2-pin
- For vent valve
19 - Vent line
- Filling venting
20 - Check valve
21 - Pressure valve

- For fuel tank venting
22 - EVAP canister
- Location: in left front wheel well
- To remove: Remove left front wheel well liner.
23 - Connectors
- Press tabs to disengage.
24 - Fuel filter
- Installation position: Arrow must point in flow direction.
