Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required





^ Engine and transmission holder VAS 6095

Secure engine in engine and transmission holder VAS 6095 when repairing.





- Secure engine to engine and transmission holder VAS 6095 as shown.

If using holding fixture VW 540:





- On holding fixture VW 540, bore a hole on securing plate - arrow - using a 15 mm drill bit if necessary.





- To fasten lower right - arrow -, use a commercially available Grade 8.8 bolt M12 x 160.
