ATF lines and ATF cooler, cleaning
If there is dirt in the ATF, blow through the ATF cooler and ATF lines with compressed air (not more than 10 bar) before installing transmission.

WARNING!: Wear protective glasses.

- Release bracket for rigid ATF lines on transmission.





- Unscrew bolt -2-.
- Pull ATF lines off transmission.
- Connect a hose to ATF pipe -A- and secure with a hose clamp. Hang other end of hose in a suitable container.





- Clear ATF line -B- with compressed air.
- Change hose from ATF pipe -A- over to ATF pipe -B- and repeat sequence.
- Replace O rings -1-.
- Moisten O-rings with ATF.
- Insert ATF lines completely by hand onto stop in transmission.
- Do not tighten bolt until ATF lines are completely inserted.
- Check and top up ATF level.
- When checking ATF level, check ATF pipe connections -A- and -B- for leaks.
