- Removal and installation is described for passenger side of vehicle. The same instructions apply for removal and installation for the driver side.
- Deformation elements are components of US vehicles.

1 - Inner roof sidemember
2 - Internally threaded pop rivet
- 6x
- Tighten using Pop rivet tongs V.A.G 1765 B

3 - Bolt
- 6x
- 3 Nm

4 - Deformation element

Removing
- Remove molded headliner Wagon.
- Remove driver-side and passenger-side head-level airbags (Wagon)







- Remove bolts - 3 -.
- Remove deformation element - 4 -.

Installing
- Installation is the reverse order of removal.
