AM Frequency Filter

• AM frequency filter is installed in center of tailgate in Golf sedan.

• AM frequency filter is installed at left in tailgate in Golf Plus.

• Removal and installation is described below for the Golf sedan and is similar for Golf Plus.

Removing

- Switch off ignition, switch off all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.

- The tailgate trim must be removed to remove the frequency filter..

- Remove screws - arrows -.





- Release the three connectors and remove. To do this, pull red clips - A - out of connector a little and then release the locking mechanism behind.





- Remove frequency filter.
