Oil Filter Housing Assembly Overview





1 Sealing Plug, 15 Nm

• If the seal is leaking cut it off and replace it.

2 Oil Pressure Switch (F1), 20 Nm

• 0.9 bar switch.

• If the seal is leaking cut it off and replace it.

• Checking, refer to => [ Oil Pressure and Switch, Checking ] Testing and Inspection.

3 Oil Filter Housing

• With check valve.

• Opening pressure: 0.05 bar.

4 O-ring

• Always replace.

• Lubricate before assembling.

5 Oil Cooler

• Ensure there is sufficient clearance to surrounding components.

• See note in => [ General Repair Information ] General Repair Information.

• Coolant hose connection diagram, refer to => [ Coolant Hose Connection Diagram ] [1][2]Diagrams.

6 Seal

• Always replace.

• Lubricate before assembling.

7 Oil Cooler Cover/Bolt, 25 Nm

8 Oil Cooler Sealing Ring

• Always replace.

• Note the installed position, refer to => [ Oil Cooler Sealing Ring Installed Position ].

• Lubricate before assembling.

• Insert into the grooves on the oil cooler.

9 Bolt, 23 Nm

10 Oil Filter Element

• Observe the change intervals.

• See note in => [ General Repair Information ] General Repair Information.

11 Cap, 25 Nm

12 Oil Drain Plug, 10 Nm

Oil Cooler Sealing Ring Installed Position





- Install the lubricated sealing ring to the oil cooler as shown. Observe the installed position.
