Vacuum System Assembly Overview







1 - Intake manifold
2 - Vacuum actuator
- For variable intake manifold
- Checking vacuum actuator for intake manifold flaps.
3 - To Intake manifold
4 - To the left combination valve
- For secondary air
5 - To the right combination valve
- For secondary air
6 - Secondary Air Injection (AIR) solenoid valve N112
- Clipped onto vacuum reservoir
- To remove, bring the lock carrier into service position.
7 - Intake Manifold Tuning (IMT) valve N156
- Clipped onto vacuum reservoir
- To remove, bring the lock carrier into the service position.
8 - Non-return valve
- Installation position (light/dark side): As shown in the illustration
9 - Connector
10 - Secondary Air Injection (AIR) solenoid valve 2 N320
- Clipped onto vacuum reservoir
- To remove, bring the lock carrier into service position.
11 - To vacuum reservoir
12 - 10 Nm
