Removing






- Disconnect the spark plug wires from the spark plugs.

- Disconnect the crankcase vent hose from the rocker arm cover.

- Remove the rocker arm cover bolts (2).

- Remove the rocker arm cover (1) and gasket (4).

Installing






- Clean the cylinder head and cover mating surfaces. Inspect the rocker arm cover surface for flatness. Replace the gasket as necessary.

- Assemble the gasket (4) to the rocker arm cover (1) by inserting the fasteners (2) through each bolt hole on the cover and gasket.

- Install the rocker arm cover (1) and bolts (2).

- Tighten the rocker arm cover bolts (2) to 12 Nm (106 in lbs).

- Connect the crankcase vent hose.

- Connect the spark plug wires to the spark plugs.
