Display and Control Unit, from 08 November 2010

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Removal Wedge (3409)

Removing

- Remove the radio trim.

- Unclip the trim - 2 - from the Front A/C display control head (E87) - 1 - at the indicated locations - arrows - using (3409).






- Disconnect the connector from the airbag indicator lamp.

- Remove the screws (1.5 Nm) - arrows - from the front A/C display control head - 1 -.






- Disconnect the connectors from the front A/C display control head - 1 -.

- Pull the front A/C display control head - 1 - out of the center console.

Installing

- Install the front A/C display control head in reverse order of removal.
