Anti-Theft Alarm System, Checking Alarm Sources

The alarm source can be checked after the anti-theft alarm system is triggered (for example vehicle inclination sensor (G384) ).

- Connect the vehicle diagnostic tester. Refer to => [ Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems ] Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems.

- On the vehicle diagnostic tester, select "Guided Fault Finding".

- Using the "GO TO" button, select "Functions/Component selection" and the following menu options in sequence:

• Body

• Body repair procedures

• 01 - On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capable systems

• Comfort system

• Functions - central control module for comfort system

• Anti-Theft Alarm System, Checking Alarm Sources
