The convertible top control module (J 256) is coded with the Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B).

- In Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B) , select "Guided Fault Finding".

- Using the "GO TO" button, select "Functions/Component selection" and the following menu options one after the other:

• Body

• Body - Repair work

• 01 - On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capable systems

• Electronic convertible top

• Electronic convertible top functions
