1 Windshield

2 PUR adhesive sealant

• Bead diameter: - Width b - = 7.5 mm - Height a - Height = 12 mm (including the precoating, residual material on the window and the window flange)

• Minimum curing time, refer to => [ Minimum Curing Time ] Minimum Curing Time

3 Body flange

• Paint damage, repairing, refer to => [ Paint Damage, Repairing ] Paint Damage, Repairing

4 Gap dimension

• Must be the same on the left and right sides

5 Gap dimension

• Must be even

6 Window adjuster

• 443 845 631 A

7 Retainer

• Is a part of the windshield

8 Plenum chamber cover

• Must only be pulled out of binding profile by hand.

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Plenum Chamber Cover ] Plenum Chamber Cover

9 Adhesive bead end

• Apply the adhesive bead in this area
