Towing Recognition Control Module (J345)

Removing

- Switch off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.

- Remove the left side trim panel inside the luggage compartment..

- Disconnect the connector - 1 -.






- Loosen the screws - arrows - and remove the towing recognition control module - 2 -.

- Remove the towing recognition control module - 2 - from the vehicle through the opening in the body.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Tighten the bolts to 3.5 Nm.
