Cluch Replacement





Removing
1. Install centering mandrel P/N 5111. This is a precaution when removing the clutch.
2. Loosen the bolts holding the clutch to the flywheel in a crosswise pattern a couple of turns at a time to prevent warp.
3. Remove pressure plate and disc.
4. Check pilot bearing, pressure plate, and release bearing.

Installing
1. Make sure that the flywheel and pressure plate are free from grease prior to installing. Clean them with grease remover and wipe with a clean towel.
2. Install the clutch disc (the longest side of the hub facing back) together with the pressure plate.





1. Install centering mandrel P/N 5111, to guide the disc into position.
2. Install the bolts and tighten in a crosswise pattern a couple of turns at a time to prevent warping.
3. Install the transmission.
