Install:
- new gasket around evaporator.
- the evaporator itself.
- cover.

Install expansion valve.

Connect coolant hoses:
- Use new 0-rings. Coat them with compressor oil.
- Tighten to 30 Nm (22 ft.lb).
- Replace accumulator.
- Fill system with coolant and test for leaks.

Insulate hoses and screw fittings.

Note: Do not insulate expansion valve.

Install:
- defroster vent.
- air duct.
- glove compartment.
- panels.
